The first time I saw Lake Como from a taxi window. As soon as I got off the train from Switzerland and immediately felt the change of pace. I was no longer in the sleepy villages, but instead experienced the full brightness of Italy, coming from the locals and the magnificent little towns full of life! Lake Como was the way I imagined it and even more - stunning villas on the lake, lively cities, and most importantly ... extraordinary Gelato.
