The culinary traditions of Slovenia are based on the principle “From the garden to the table”, that is, they encourage the use of natural products. There are strong relationships between local producers and chefs. In addition, the country's Tourism Board began to develop the Slovenian Green Cuisine brand. This culinary program is part of the country's overall tourism vision of sustainable travel.I have never been to wine and gastronomic tours before. Although some hints in our travels on them were constantly. If Anton and I found ourselves in any wine region, we always tried local wines, and when we had the opportunity, we would definitely visit wine cellars. So it was with us in Italy, Moldova, Hungary, Romania, Georgia, in Odessa, after all. When we got to Argentina, we even made a special trip to the famous Cuyo wine region to drive around its wineries, look at the vineyards and learn how the wine that is so popular in our country is made.
As for gastronomy, I can honestly tell you here: we have not yet had a single country, not a single city where we have not tried something local, special, with a typical flavor. If it was, of course. So, when I was invited to take part in a full-fledged wine and gastronomic tour around the Krasnodar Territory, I decided that this was a sign.
